Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). LKPP is a non ministerial government agency in Indonesia which was formed by the Government of Indonesia with main duties to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies in Indonesia. According to LKPP's profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, the origins of LKPP came from the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development or Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) which was founded in 2005. PPKPBJ is a second echelon working unit in the Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic Indonesia / National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). The name of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) offically established on 6 December 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007. LKPP is under the coordination of BAPPENAS and has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

LKPP is domiciled in Jakarta and its principal office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. NPPA is organised as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, NPPA was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of NPPA.

Due to strengthen its team, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia through the Directorate for Strategy and Special Public Procurement Policy Development invites potential candidates who meet the following requirements to fill the positions of

Requirements
  • Male and Female.
  • Minimum age of 22 years and maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics / Public Administration from a reputable University with minimum accreditation "B".
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from 4.00 scale.
  • The candidate is desirable with 1 year experience (preferred), Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Able to to prepare technical analysis activities in Studies Enterprises and Special Circumstances.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office or other related office applications.
  • Able to create a design using CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop or other related other graphics softwares.
  • Able to develop exposure creatively using Prezi / PowToon / Impress / Go Animate / Beamer / Keynote / Slidefight or other related application.
  • Familiar with Cloud data storage and mastering Dropbox / onedrive / Google Drive or other data storage applications.
  • Have high integrity and employee motivation.
  • Strong desire to develop themselves.
  • Able to communicate well and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
  • Able to work in accordance with the target.
  • Never involved in drugs and other illegal.
