PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) - PT SMI (Persero) or commonly abbreviated as SMI is a leading non bank financial services company in Indonesia. The Company is a non listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company was established in 2009 and has business focuses in providing financial services to infrastructure projects, including loan, mezzanine and equity, project preparation and infrastructure advisory. The Company's performance in 2013 improved over the previous year. Total revenue in 2013 increased 87.6% to Rp424.1 billion from Rp226.0 billion in 2012. The positive financial performance also spurred net profit after tax (NPAT) growth of 94.4% in 2013 to Rp207.2 billion compared with Rp106.6 billion in 2012. Procurement and Expert Supervision Staff
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum S1 majoring in Engineering from a leading university.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar position in Government or Infrastructure Projects.
- Have knowledge and experience in government procurement regulations and international procurement best practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services.
- Have national procurement expert certificate will be advantage.
- Have knowledge and experience to manage, coordination and monitoring job report from external consultant/expert staff.
- Experienced in the procurement process of national and international consultant service.
- In depth knowledge of Indonesian infrastucture project.
- In depth knowledge of Public Private Partnership.
- Able to work in a team as well as individually.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
Requirements
- Manimum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum S1 majoring in Engineering, Finance from a leading university.
- At least 10 years of working experience as Project Manager in Government Project or Infrastructure Consultant.
- Have knowledge and experience to manage, coordination and monitoring risk register and job report from external consultant/expert staff.
- In depth knowledge of government procurement regulations and international procurement best practice.
- Experienced to handle project administration, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Have knowledge and experience in Government birocration and regulation for infrastructure projects.
- Have experience and expertise in the preparation and implementation of the system design and project management.
- In depth knowledge of resource management.
- In depth knowledge of Indonesian infrastructure development.
- Have experience and knowledge in designing a system of monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure project.
- Have leadership development program and assessment will be advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excell.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
