PT Honda Prospect Motor - HPM or Honda Indonesia is one of the largest automotive companies in Indonesia  with main business in sole agent, assembler of Honda automobiles and components. PT Honda Prospect Motor was founded in 1977 as joint venture company between Japan’s third-biggest automaker Honda Motor Co Ltd (51%) and Indonesia’s PT Prospect Motor (49%). PT Honda Prospect Motor headquartered in Sunter North Jakarta and having manufacturing facilities in Kawasan Industri Mitrakarawang (KIM) Karawang West Java. HPM also supported by a total 93 dealers in all over Indonesia. Honda Indonesia was able to expand sales by 20.36% from 13,025 units in April 2014 to 16,356  units in May 2014. Production Staff

Requirements
  • Male or Female.
  • Single with maximum age of 27 years old.
  • D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Operation Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80.
  • Have a good knowledge of AutoCAD, Catio or Master CAM is an advantage.
  • Preferably have driving skill and have license (SIM A).
  • Able to work underpressure, facing the production target.
  • Willing to work in shifting system.
Material Service Staff

Requirements
  • Male or Female.
  • Single with maximum age of 27 years old
  • D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Accounting, Informatics Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80.
  • Willing to work in shifting system.
Training Staff

Requirements
  • Male or Female.
  • Single with maximum age of 27 years old
  • D3/S1 majoring in Psychology, Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80.
  • Willing to be assigned in Karawang West Java.
Purchasing Staff

Requirements
  • Male or Female.
  • Single with maximum age of 27 years old
  • D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electro Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytical skill.
  • Willing to work in shifting system if needed.
  • Honest, responsible, disciplined / obey the rules.
  • Willing to be assigned in Karawang West Java.
