Research, Strategy, And Business Development (Senior Staff)

Requirements :
  • Maximum 37 years old
  • Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economic / Business / Management / Finance
  • Having minimum 5-10 years experience in Finance / Banking / Capital Market / Management Consulting
  • Having knowledge in economic, capital market, financial modelling, and analysis
  • Having experience in corporate planning or research and development area
  • Having experience to develop forecasting and financial model
  • Having experience to explore and identified market and business opportunities
  • Having experience to compile and implementation creative action plan, strategic initiative, and business development plan
  • Having experience in fundamental valuation analysis and economic feasibility studies in infrastructure sector
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skill, attentive to details, and excellent quantitative skills
  • Having excellent strategic analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Having creative ability, intelectual curiousity, and excellent learning skills
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microssoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint, and Ms. Excell)
Risk Management (Operational Risk In Business Process Consulting & Project Dev.)

Requirements :
  • Maximum  30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economic / Finance / Risk Management
  • Having min 2 years experience in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank / Financial Consultant
  • Having experience to develop and maintain company policies in accordance with the capacity of company’s business development process.
  • Having experience experience in drafting and formulating risk mitigation proposals of advisory services transaction and corporate project preparation process
  • Having attention to detail and risk focus
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Having good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficiency with computer literacy including risk scoring termsheet program and Ms.Office
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Risk Management (Portfolio Risk Management, Asset Financing,invest.,& Financial)

Requirements :
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economic / Finance / Risk Management
  • Having min 5 years experience in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank / Financial Consultant as Credit Analyst
  • Having CFA / FRM will be advantage
  • Having Risk Management Certification Level 2 will be advantage
  • Having experience to maintain company’s asset portfolio
  • Having experience in assessing credit and market risk policies according to company’s capacity
  • Having experience in formulating the proposed risk mitigation and risk return over terms of financing and other financial assets that contain credit and market risk
  • Having attention to detail and risk focus
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Having good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a team as well as individually
  • Proficiency with computer literacy including risk scoring termsheet program and Ms.Office
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
