PT Pertamina Hulu Energi - PT PHE is founded as a subsidiary company of state-owned oil company PT Pertamina (Persero). PT PHE performing business in upstream oil and gas business, including oil and gas exploration activities both domestic and overseas as well as related and supporting business in oil and natural gas sector. At present, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi is 98.72% owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) and 1.28% by PT Pertamina Dana Ventura. Organisation Development Specialist
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelors Degree in any disciplines, preferably Psychology or Law
  • Having 5 years of working experiences in HR especially in oil & gas industry
  • Having good knowledge in Performance Management System; Competency or Talent management; Job Analysis
  • Having proper understanding in WP&B from SKKMIGAS
  • Possess competency or behavior event interview skills
  • Good command in English (verbal and written)
Senior Commercial Analyst
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry
  • Preferably having experiences in subsurface or operations experiences
  • Familiar with facility and production operations as well as financial aspects of oil and gas industry.
  • Understanding of financial modeling
  • Knowledgeable about economics
  • High level of initiative and ability to apply technical skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Having good communication skill
  • Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
