PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero) - JIEP is a reputable company in Indonesia with main business in property and industrial estate management services. The Company was established in 1973 and become the first industrial estate in Indonesia. PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero) is a joint venture company between the Government of Republic of Indonesia and the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, respectively with share ownership of 50% and 50%. The Company is based in Jakarta and manages Pulogadung Industrial Estate with a total area of approximately 500 Hectares.  The Company also develops and manages a real estate Gading Griya Lestatri in Kelapa Gading North Jakarta. Staf Lingkungan

Requirements
  • Male, max age 30 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Environmental Engineering, with GPA min. 3.00 (scale of 4)
  • Honesty, integrity, and have other skills (sports, arts, etc.)
  • At least 1 year of experience in prepare SOPs and monitoring environmental management, environmental inspection of documents, the implementation of UKL / UPL and AMDAL, and coordination with agencies / government institutions in the field of the environment
  • Familiar with Computer (Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD, or other applications)
  • Good command in English both written and oral (preferred)
  • Communicative and good looking
Staf Pemasaran

Requirements
  • Honest, disciplined, responsible, dedication, loyalty, ability / skill is multitasking,
  • Min. D3 majoring in Marketing Management, with GPA min. 3.00
  • Max age 30 years old (preferably unmarried),
  • Familiar with Computer (Microsoft Office and other related applications)
  • Good command in English both written and oral (preferred)
  • Have relevant work experience min. 1 year.
Staf Sipil

Requirements:
  • Honest, integrity, and have the ability / skills with multi-tasking,
  • Min S1 majoring in Civil Engineering, with GPA min. 3.00
  • Male, max age 30 years old (preferably unmarried),
  • Proficient and experienced structural calculations and prepare the budget plan (RAB) building construction and / or road at least 1 year,
  • Familiar with Computer (Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD, other applications / SAP),
  • Good command in English both written and oral (preferred)
  • Communicative and good looking

    Requirements:
    • Honest, disciplined, responsible, dedication, loyalty, ability / skill is multitasking,
    • Min D3 majoring in Civil Engineering, with GPA min. 3.00 (scale 4),
    • Max age 30 years old (preferably unmarried),
    • Mastering building and civil images,
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, and other related applications,
