Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). LKPP is an independent government-agency in Indonesia which was formed by the Government of Indonesia to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies. LKPP has main tasks to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. In conducting its function and duties, LKPP is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). LKPP has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

LKPP was formerly known as  a second echelon working unit in Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS named Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development, which was founded in 2005. The name of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia was officially organized as an independent state-agency in 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007. 

LKPP is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. According to LKPP's profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, LKPP is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, LKPP was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of LKPP.

Requirements
  • S1 Law / State Administration / Filing.
  • Have a GPA above 3.00 from accredited A College.
  • Preferably have CAT score equal to / above passing grade of selection of CPNS year 2014 (with composition of TWK = 70, TIU = 75 and TKP = 126).
  • Mastering MS Office (minimum Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Have a good knowledge of how to create laws and regulation.
  • Preferably have been involved in ISO activities or have an ISO 9001: 2015 Certified Auditor.
  • Able to communicate well.
  • Target oriented.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Thorough, meticulous, able to work with team.
  • Able to work consistently, Initiative and innovative.
  • Dedicated and high integrity.
  • Accustomed to routine work.
