PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - Bank BTN or known as "PT Bank BTN (Persero) Tbk" is a reputable bank in Indonesia that focuses on serving mortgage loans. Based in Jakarta, Bank BTN maintains market share of between 33.57% in terms of mortgage loans segments in Indonesia. As a state-owned bank, BTN is controlled by the Government of Indonesia. At present, 60% of its shares are held by the Government of Indonesia, and 40% remaining shares by investor and public shareholders. BTN is widely known nationwide as one the oldest banks in Indonesia. BTN was first established  in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era and originally registered as  as Postspaarbank. In 1950, the Bank changed its name to Bank Tabungan Pos, and to Bank Tabungan Negara in 1963. In 2009, the Bank went public and conducted its initial public offering (IPO). The Bank's shares were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under ticker code BBTN. As of December 2016, the Bank operates 65 branch offices and 1,830 ATMs spread across Indonesia.

In the full year of 2016, BTN succeeded in posting excellent financial performance. According to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in its Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BTN recorded total assets of Rp214.17 trillion in 2016. This total assets equivalent with an 24.66% increase from Rp171,81 trillion in 2015. Referring to its annual report, BTN booked total nett profit of Rp2.62 trillion in 2016. These income figures showed an 41.49% from Rp1.85 trillion in 2015.

  • Indonesian citizens (WNI).
  • Single/not married and willing not to marry during service bonds period.
  • Maximum age of 26 years old in the recruitment year.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading and reputable university (PTN/PTS), preferably majoring in Economics (Management, Accounting and Development Studies), Law (Civil and Criminal), Computer Science / Informatics Engineering, Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical), Psychology and Statistics.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
  • Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
  • Weight proportional and look attractive.
  • Willing to undergo office bond for 5 years.
