- Minimum requirement of Associate Degree (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering.
- A minimum final GPA of 3.00 within 4.00 scales.
- Willing to be placed in all working units of WIKA Gedung.
- Not color blind (partial/total).
- Mastering computer applications in the field.
