Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS TK or referred to as "BPJS Ketenagakerjaan" is the national social security management agency of Indonesia. The Agency is the employment social security provider in Indonesia which is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The agency was formerly known as JAMSOSTEK or PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero), a state-controlled company in Indonesia that is involved in social security workforce. The name Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan was established in 2014. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was established to organize the social security workforce in Indonesia, including occupational accident, pension, old-age risk and death benefit schemes.  The Agency is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Jendral Gatot Subroto No 79 Jakarta Selatan 12930. With services in all parts of Indonesia, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan now has 185 office networks, comprising 11 regional offices, 10 main branch offices A, 20 main branch officess B, 12 madya branch offices A, 22 madya branch offices B, 19 pratama branch offices A, 38 pratama branch offices B, and 53 pilot branch offices.

Achievement and performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in 2014 shows good results achievement. According to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan booked total assets of Rp11,416 billion or 3.19% above the target (RKAT) of Rp11,063 billion. Total investment funds in 2014 worth of Rp186,964 billion, or 1.03% above the target of Rp 185,067 bullion. Total realization of investment income in 2014 amounted to Rp 23,268 billion or 46.71% from the target of Rp15,874 billion,

Requirements
  • Indonesian citizen (WNI).
  • Only open for the students of Regular Classess of Magister Management Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM UGM).
    • MM-UGM Yogyakarta: Force 67, 66 and 65.
    • MM-UGM Jakarta: Force 39, 38, and 37.
  • Maximum age of 28 years old on 31 December 2015 (65 and 37).
  • Maximum age of 27 years old on 31 December 2015 (66, 67, 38, and 39)
  • Derived from Universities (S1) accredited at least B.
  • S1 GPA> = 3.00 and GPA each semester in MM-UGM> = 3.00.
  • Not received a scholarship and ossociation office from other institutions.
  • Willing get Association Office at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with 2N+12 period, where the "N" is the number of months of scholarships.
  • Not married and willing not to get married for the first year of employment.
  • The candidates is the son/daughter of the participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as indicated by the card BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. If not yet a participant of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, then the parents can be registered during the registration process at the counter that has been provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Have a good English skill with minimum TOEFL test score of 450 and is evidenced by the valid TOEFL certificate.
  • Not the Son, siblings and in-laws or relatives of the Active Employee BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Passed in all selection process conducted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
