PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia - IAMI is a reputable automotive company in Indonesia. IAMI operates primarily as a sole agent of Isuzu vechiles in Indonesia. The Company handles the production and distribution of Isuzu vehicles and spare parts in Indonesia. IAMI offers 2 types of Isuzu vehciles, namely Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) with brand Phanter (Minibus and Pick Up), D-Max and MU-X and Commercial Vehicles (CV) with brand Bison (Pick-up), N-series (Light Truck), amd F-series (Medium Truck). PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia was first established in 1974 and initially registered as PT Pantja Motor. The name of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia was launched in 2008.
PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia is a member of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), a leading diversified business group in Indonesia with strong business focus on automotive industry. At present, Astra Group has an equity interest in IAMI amounted to 44.94% through PT Arya Kharisma, the rest is owned by Japanese automotive company Isuzu Motors Ltd amounted to 44.94% and by 10.12% state-owned PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero). PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia supported by PT Astra International Tbk - Isuzu Sales Operation (ISO) as the sole distributor of Isuzu vehicles in Indonesia. According to Astra Group Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Isuzu controls 18% market share in category Light Truck in Indonesian Automotive market in 2014. This reflected an increased compared with 17% in the previous year. In the medium-trucks category, Isuzu maintains 16% market share in 2014 or grew from 12% in 2013.
Requirements
- Still registered as an active student (last semester) of Diploma/Bachelor (D3/S1) Degree, majoring in Psychology, Accounting, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering.
- Willing to follow 2-3 months of internship period (in Jakarta).
- Have 'willingness to do more' in the works.
- Competent with Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Able to communicate in English.
