PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia - Nasional Re is a reputable reinsurance company in Indonesia with rapid business expansion. Nasional Re is based in Jakarta and is a reinsurance subsidiary of state-owned credit insurance company PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) or ASKRINDO. As of December 2014, ASKRINDO holds 99.9998% shares in Nasional Re. Other remaining shares was owned by YDKK ASKRINDO. Nasional Re was first started in 1971 as a reinsurance divisions of ASKRINDO. In 1994, PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia was established as an independent company after spin off from ASKRINDO. In the full year of 2014, Nasional Re has recorded a significant growth and satisfactory performace. According to Nasional Re Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, total comprehensive profit of Nasional Re was recorded at Rp131.08 billion, up by 80.61% from Rp72.57 billion in 2012.
