PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is a major automotive manufacturers in Indonesia. The Company concentrates its business activitied in assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles and spare parts. TMMIN is a member of a world leading automotive company from Japan, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC). At present, TMMIN is 95% owned by Toyota Motor Corporation and 5% owned by PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group), a leading business groups in Indonesia with strong business portofolio in the field of automotive. According to Astra Group Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Toyota settled in Indonesia in 1969 when Astra Group was appointed as distributor of Toyota brands in Indonesia. In 2003, Astra Group and TMC reorganized Toyota’s business in Indonesia through 2 companies, namely PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia and PT Toyota-Astra Motor (Astra Group : 51%, TMC : 49%) to focus on distribution. TMMIN is based in Jakarta and now has 4 plants with total installed production capacity of 250,000 units of Toyota cars (Innova, Fortuner, Vios, Limo, Yaris and Etios Valco).

    General Requirements
    • Minimum education
      • Bachelor (S1) holder in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgy, Psychology, Business Management and International Relation.
      • Diploma (D3) holder in Mechanical, Manufacture, Electrical, Management Information, Civil and Administration.
    • Strong academic results with cumulative GPA > 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
    • Maximum age of 25 years old (D3) and 27 years old (S1).
    • Excellent oral and written English.
