PT Wijaya Karya Realty - WIKA Realty is a a fast growing property and realty company in Indonesia. PT Wijaya Karya Realty is a member of state-owned construction company PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA Group). Building Manager

Requirements
  • Have a minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Electro.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience as Building Manager.
  • Deep understanding of Building Management.
  • Have a good leadership and relationship skills.
Chief Engineer

Requirements
  • Have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer/Supervisor Engineer/Supervisor ME in high rise building management or at least 5 years as Senior Maintenance Staff.
  • Able to analyze and provide solutions to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing problems.
