PT BNI Life Insurance - BNI Life Jakarta based life insurance company with more than 18 years of experience in providing a full range of insurance services, including life insurance, health insurance, education insurance, sharia investment and pensions. Originally registered as PT Asuransi Jiwa BNI Jiwasraya in 1996. The name PT BNI Life Insurance was launched in 2004. BNI Life is an insurance subsidiary company of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the third largest state-owned bank in Indonesia. As of May 2014, Bank BNI owns a 60% stake in BNI Life with the remainder of the shares belonging to Sumitomo Life Insurance Company (39.999993%) and YKP BNI (0.000003%). BNI Life now has 19 sales offices, and 23 independent sales offices throughout Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, BNI Life succeeded in achieving acceptable and sound growth. Requirements
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree (S1) all majors.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Life Insurance or Financial Company.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Sales Person, the candidates with prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred.
  • Age around 27-35 years old .
  • Placement for the area of Makassar, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan and Denpasar.
  • Behavior requirements :
    • Deft, honest, responsible, creative, initiative, innovative, attractive, flexible, able to work under pressure, motivator.
  • Technical Requirements
    • Active in English.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Persuasive.
    • Strong understanding the basic concept of life insurance.
    • Operating knowledge of Power Point.
    • Outgoing and sociable.
    • Easily adaptable to new environments.
    • High commitment.
