Management Development Program  (MDP)
Requirements
  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from various disciplines except, Educational/Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health Science and Nursing.
  • Involved actively in both academic and non academic activity student organization.
  • Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.01 for S1 and 3.20 for S2 (on a 4-point scale).
  • Good communication skill in English both of oral and business writing.
  • Single/not married, with maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Energetic, confident, excellent comunication skills, highly motivated, and like challenges.
  • Willing to not married during the MDP education period (9 months).
  • Willing to be stationed in all working units of BSM throughout Indonesia.
  • Computer literate, minimum familiar with MS Office application (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
