Operator Batching Plant (OBT)

Requirements
  • Male, Maximum age 40 years
  • SMK Electrical / electrical
  • Able to operate baching Plant
  • At least 3 years of experience as Batching Plant operator.
  • Fluent in English and Computer literate.
Drafter (DFR)

Requirements
  • Male, Maximum age 30 years.
  • Education SMK Building or D3 Civil Engineering.
  • Able to operate Autocad program (certificate).
  • At least 3 years of experience in their field at high rise building projects.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Surveyor/Juru Ukur (SVR)

Requirements
  • Male, Maximum age 35 years.
  • Education SMK Building / SMA IPA / D3 Civil Engineering.
  • Able to use the Measure Tool theodolites and Water Pass (certificate).
  • At least 3 years of experience in their field at high rise building projects.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Quality Control (QC)

Requirements
  • Male, Maximum age 40 years.
  • D3/S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experience in the Quality plan and supervise the work quality in Projects Roads, Bridges and Irrigation at least 3 years.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Health and Safety Officer (HSO)

Requirement
  • Male or Female, maximum age 40 years.
  • D3 / S1 SKM, Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Preferably for those who experienced at least 3 years in same position.
  • Having Certificate Expert in the field of Health and Safety Project / Construction.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Pelaksana Peralatan (PL)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum age 40 years.
  • D3 / S1 Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Min 3 years of experience as same position in the field Concrete equipment Precast Concrete.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office, MS.Project).
Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum age 40 years.
  • S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experience designing and calculating construction, volume, price on building Building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / Pier at least 3 years.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (MS Office).
Pelaksana Beton (PB)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum age 40 years.
  • D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experience as same position in the field of Precast Concrete Production at least 3 years.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Site Engineering (SE)

Requirements
  • Male or Female, maximum age 40 years.
  • D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experience in the field of highrise building / Roads & Bridges / Irrigation / Power / Hydro Power / Thermal least 3 years.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office, MS. Project).
Supervisor (SPV)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum age 40 years.
  • D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Having experience in Realty project, capable of designing, implementing, controlling and property maintenance of highrise building.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Site Manager (SM)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum age 45 years.
  • S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experience in same field in the field of highrise office building / Toll / Pier / Irrigation at least 3 years.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Project Manager (PM)

Requirements
  • Male, Maximum age 45 years.
  • D3 / S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experience as same position in the field of highrise office building / Toll / Pier / Irrigation at least 3 years.
  • Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office).
