PT Pertamina EP Cepu - PEPC or known as Pertamina EP Cepu is an upstream oil and gas company in Indonesia, part of national oil company PT Pertamina (Persero). By the end of 2013, PT Pertamina EP Cepu is 99% owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) and 1% owned by PT Pertamina Dana Ventura. The Company is based in Jakarta and having exploration and exploitation activities in Cepu Block which cover Blora Central Java, Bojonegoro East Java and Tuban East Java.  In Cepu Block, PEPC holds 45% Participating Interest (PI). Other PI holds by ExxonMobil with 45% PI through Mobil Cepu Ltd (20.5%) and Ampolex Pte Ltd (24%), and 10% by 4 local government owned companies. According to PEPC's latest news release published on 16 May 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, PEPC generated net profit of US$ 33,636 thousand in 2013, an increased by 20.73% from the previous year mainly due to proceeds of crude oil sales.

Requirements
  • B.Sc. Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of functional experience (Drilling Engineering and Drilling Operations).
  • Have a good knowledge of drilling engineering, operations and equipment. Abreast of latest technology & practices in directional drilling, tubular design, wellhead design for sour service, drilling fluids, and cementing.
  • Have a good knowledge of material specification, performance and application.
  • Familiarity with business tools for performance measurement and continuous improvement. Strong communications, team and mentoring skills.
