PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk - BRI Agro or Bank BRI Agro is a leading general banking company in Indonesia with focus on agribusiness segment. Previously known as Bank Agroniaga which is already established since 1989. In 2012, Bank Agroniaga was transformed into Bank BRI Agro. As of December 2013, Bank BRI Agro is majority owned by the second largest state-owned banking company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with 80.43% shares ownership. Other the rest was owned by DAPENBUN (14.02%), and publics (5.55%). Bank BRI Agro is based Jakarta and supported by 12 branches, 10 sub branches, 2 cash offices, 1 payment points throughout Indonesia. According to Bank BRI Agro's 2013 annual report as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BRI Agro booked Rp 52.4 billion in total net profit for te full year of 2013, a 58 percent increase from Rp 33 billion in 2012.

Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position

Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements
  • Preferably Male, single (never been married) with maximum age of 25 years old for S1 and fresh graduated or maximum age of 27 years old for S2 or with 2 years of banking experience.
  • Good looking with minimum height of 170 cm.
  • Minimum Undergraduate program (S1) majoring in Accounting, Management, Banking / Business, Agriculture, Agricultural Technology and Animal Husbandry.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 (S1 PTN) or 3.00 (S1 PTS).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (S2 PTN) or 3.25 (S2 PTS).
  • Demonstrate good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work individually or in a team.
  • Have excellent health (physically and mentally).
  • Excellent knowledge of Computer (Microsoft Office).
  • Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
  • Willing to follow all selection process held by Bank BRI Agro.
  • Willing to be placed in all working units of Bank BRI Agro.
