Senior Commercial Engineer

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experiences in contract / commercial.
  • Requires travel to Project Locations as required.
  • Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits.
  • Interface with commercial/legal service providers.
  • Audits investigations.
  • Risk and exposure due diligence.
Quality Assurance Supervisor
(Placement: Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Min bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality positions, with supervisory roles.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Standards / Certifications, such as ISO 9001/2008, 14001/2004 and OHSAS 18001/2007 and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal & written.
  • Has ISO 9001 Quality Certification, preferable ISO 9001 Quality Lead Auditor.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required).
Human Capital Manager
(Placement: Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • At least 15 years previous experiences in Human Resources.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills – both spoken and written.
  • Excellent leadership and presentation skills.
  • Having broad knowledge about Human Resources science and practice.
External Affairs Manager
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), preferably from Law.
  • At least 10 years professional experience in People Development / HR field, out of which 5 years in managerial position.
  • Able to develop and maintain relationship with regional and local government officials.
  • Maintain to update knowledge of government regulations and law.
  • Willing to work in extended hours to achieve objectives.
Database & Reporting Officer
(Placement: Jakarta)

Requirements:
  • Min S1 majoring in Engineering, Finance any discipline with relevant working experience of 3 years.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows operation (Excel, Word, Power Point, Database and Outlook).
  • Having work experience in an offshore supply base is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal & written.
  • A strong and dedicated team player.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required)
  • Able to meet deadlines and other specific reporting request.
Asset Admin Officer

Requirements:
  • Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
  • At least 1 year experience in Asset/Plant administration/procurement, preferably within mining business.
  • Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Engineering.
  • Able to operate computer well ie MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal & written.
  • Willing to maintain job quality in any condition.
