Receptionist
Requirements
  • Female with max age 28 years old
  • Min. Diploma Secretarial (D3) Or College Student
  • At least 1 year of working experience in similar position
  • Have a good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Have a good verbal and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, self motivated, hardworking, interpersonal skill, communication skill, fast learner, proactive, attention to detail, and self initiated
  • Have a good ability in managing time efficiently and mature
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Familiar with Computer, minimum Ms. Office
  • Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
Administration Procurement

Requirements
  • Female, maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Accounting / Finance from reputable university
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in procurement project.
  • Have a good experience in all activities of the good and expenses procurement process
  • Have a good knowledge in government procurement regulations is preferred
  • Have a good knowledge related to accounting journal posting, costing and budgeting are preferred.
  • Have a good analytical and ability to work in multitasking jobs.
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work in a team.
  • Good command of english both in written and spoken.
Cash Management and Settlement Staff

Requirements :
  • Female with max. age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years experience in similar position in Banking / Multifinance.
  • Have a good experience in all activities of cash management and settlement (Cash planning, A/P, A/R management, etc).
  • Familiar with Oracle Finance Management System is a must.
  • Have a good knowledge in taxation, credit agreement, and banking & capital market.
  • Have a good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work in a team and underpressure.
  • Familiar with Computer, minimum Ms. Office
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
