is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Indonesian Trading Company was founded in 2003 as a merger results of 3 state-owned trading companies; PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero).
ITC is based in Jakarta and has 34 branches nationwide. The Company has 3 subsidiaries/affiliates, namely PT Dharma Niaga Putra Steel, PT Trisari Veem, and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia.
