PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or commonly known as PLN is a national electricity company of Indonesia and is wholly-owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of State Owned Enterprise. PLN is based in Jakarta and provides electricity services to its customers in all over Indonesia, include generation, distribution, transmission and other services related to electricity. Initially, the Company was formed as Electricity and Gas Bureau in 1961. PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) was launched in 1994. As at December 2012, PT PLN (Persero) supported by 46 business units, 11 direct owned subsidiaries, 8 associates, and also 2 joint ventures. According to PLN's latest annual report (Annual Report 2012) as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT PLN (Persero) continuously shows superior performance with reported total electric power sales of Rp232.66 trillion, rises 11.8% from Rp208.02 trillion in 2011.

  • Single/not married and willing to not get married during their Pre-service Training
  • D3 or D4/S1 graduated from
    • Semarang State Polytechnic (POLINES)
    • Diponegoro University (UNDIP)
  • Age limits:
    • D4/S1 : Birth in 1987 and thereafter
    • D3: Birth in 1989 and thereafter
  • GPA
    • GPA> 2.75 for Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
    • GPA> 3:00 for Management
