PT Petrokimia Gresik is 99.9975% owned by PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), a state fertilizer holding company in Indonesia. While the rest (0.0025%) was owned by PT Petrokimia Gresik Foundation. The Company is based Gresik East Java and has strong reputation in Indonesia for more than 41 years. PT Petrokimia Gresik owned 23 plants with total land of 450 hectares and installed total production capacity of 6,175,800 tons per year. According to the Company's latest annual report (Annual Report 2012) as cited by JobsCDC.com, Petrokimia Gresik’s performance in 2012 improved over the previous year with achieved strong growth in total production (fertilizer and non-fertilizer production) of 11% to 6.03 million tons.

General Requirements
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Male, with max age 20 years old (born after the date of 30 September 1993)
- High school graduates ; SMA (IPA) / SMK (accreditation A)
- Fluent in English, at least passive
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excell, Ms. Power Point)
- The average value of UAN at least 8
- Minimum height 165 cm / ideal body weight
- Drug-free
- Not color blind
- Not wearing glasses
- Not married
- Not tied to service in other agencies
