The Company was formed in 1994 and is a joint venture between a state investment firm in Indonesia, PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) with Trust Company of the West (TCW), a reputable investment management company from Los Angeles United States (US). In 1995, the firm received a capital market license from the Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam). The Company based in Jakarta and headquartered in Graha CIMB Niaga 21st Floor, Jl Jend Sudirman Kav 58 Jakarta 12190. At present, the firm manages 51 mutual funds for its valuable customers with a variety of investment choices, including Fixed Income, Equity, Balanced, Index, Money Market, and Capital Protected Fund. As at December 2010, Bahana TCW booked total assets amounted to Rp18.1 trillion.
