Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan (commonly known as PNPM-Mpd) or the National Program for Community Empowerment Mandiri Rural (PNPM Rural) is a community empowerment programs in Indonesia established by the Government of Republic Indonesia  with main duties to alleviation the poverty in Indonesia. The program is one of the community development program that supports the working area of ​​the PNPM Mandiri and its targets are rural communities. PNPM Mandiri officially launched in 2007 at Palu Central Sulawesi by the President of Republic of Indonesia. PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan is fully adopt the mechanisms and procedures of Districs Development Program (Indonesian : Program Pengembangan Kecamatan/PPK) which has been implemented since 1998. PNPM-Mpd is recognized as the world's largest community-based poverty reduction programs and implemented in approximately 60,000 villages nationwide.

Due to strengthen its team, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position (based in the Province of Riau Islands)
