- Male, maximum age 45 years old
- Minimal D3 / S1 Civil Engineering
- Min 2 years experience in similar position
- Understanding the contract documents, Plan Project Budget, Project Quality Plan
- Have a good knowledge of construction techniques and following its development
- Have a good knowledge of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007
- Have a good knowledge of Occupational Health, and Safety (K3)
- Understanding the cost analysis and scheduling
- Have a good proble solving and decision making skills
- Computer literacy (Ms Program. Office)
- Willing to be placed all around Indonesia

- Male, maximum age 45 years old
- Minimal D3 / S1 Civil Engineering
- Mastering Auto Cad and Microsoft Project
- Understanding the cost analysis and scheduling
- Understanding shopdrawing & document control
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

- Min 2 years experience in similar position
- Able to analysis of structural design & price estimate
- Mastering AutoCAD (2D-3D), SAP 2000
