Operation Superintendent (2 Positions)
Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 years professional experience, with the last 5 years in supervisory level preverably in oil and gas
- Has strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplonary action
- Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favouritsm
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writting, with clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operations
- Computer literate (Advance level in MS Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations

Requirements

- Has good spoken and written English language skills
- Be able to read technical drawing (P&ID)
- In competent managing reports

- Min 5 years professional experience in warehouse inventory of materials, with the last 2 years in supervisory level
- Excellent knowledge about Material Management System, Delivery System, Transport/Trucking, 5S, Safety regulation

- Min 10 years professional experience in rigging and lifting area, with the latest 5 years in supervisory level
- QA/QC inspector certificates
- Wire rope inspector certificates ASNT NDT certificate min level II
- HSE Certificate, Lifting Equipment Certificate, AK3 Depnaker Certificate (Spesialis Angkat Angkut)
- Knowledge and proven experience of International standard (e.d BS, DNV, API, ASME, AS etc) relating to lifting and rigging practices
