PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - Hutama Karya is the national construction company of Indonesia and is wholly-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company was established in 1961 under the name of PN Hutama Karya. The Company is a nationalization results of the Dutch construction company, Hollandsche Beton Maatshappij. The name PT Hutama Karya (Persero) was launched in 1973. The Company is based in Jakarta and supported by 7 regional offices across Indonesia, situated in Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, and Makassar. Hutama Karya also supported by 2 division and 3 directly owned subsidiaries, namely PT HK Realtindo, PT Hakaaston, and PT Pole Haka (Hakapole). Based on PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Financial Statements 2012 (Audited), the Company maintain consistency in making positive performance. Hutama Karya posted total assets in 2012 amounted to Rp4.93 trillion, representing a growth of 21.17% from previous year amounted to Rp4.07 trillion.

- Graduated From Reputable University (Fresh Graduate)
- Willing to be placed on the entire working area of PT Hutama Karya (Persero)
- GPA
- Min. 2.85 for PTN
- Min. 3.00 for private university (A accreditation durings 3 years)
- Male, with max age 24 years old
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Computer literacy, min Microsoft Office / Open Office (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point)
- Healthy performance, with proportional appearance with height Min. 162 cm
- Highly power struggle and highly driven with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal, organizational goal and have a good teamwork
